I spoke to Puja so many times and can say that she's the best buyers agent as she's full of knowledge, respectful,  passionate about work, hard worker and way too helpful. Even though I couldn't buy a property for my own reasons but if I ever go for it I know where is Puja.

As I am starting to build my property portfolio, I did all the research myself cause I am a DIY person. It was a very challenging journey. I have realised the opportunity cost that I have lost  and thought I could have done better.

I was hesitant to engage with a Buyers Agent  cause I didn’t want to spend the extra cost. Luckily, I have met Puja. Her research for the right property selection was impressive. With her large network, She has found the most suitable asset tailored to my particular strategy and budget .

Hey Puja, thanks for all your efforts in helping me buy my first. I would definitely recommend Puja to anyone who is looking to buy their first and are finding it challenging to make decision about the timing and finance. When I first met Puja, I was already looking/stressed to buy for close to a year, but I had a variety of doubts about whether to buy a PPOR/investment, mortgage, interest rates, how do I go about it, etc. Puja helped me understand what I am looking at, where I am with my situation today, where I want to reach and guided me through the planning process. She didn't talk about just one or two properties like some of those agents do in the market who intend to sell because builder has asked them to. She has a vast network of sellers and buyers across the country. She has all the essential knowledge of all the critical variables pertaining to a region and also to the goal. She would shortlist and take me through her suggestions about suburbs and also take my inputs (which made me feel very included).
The entire process of before and after putting a deal was so quick and very easy. I have a busy schedule at work. But Puja would make sure she would shortlist the best and give me all details I'd need to know about a property, be it aesthetics, finance, cashflow or inspections. The beauty about it was she had (and has) offmarket properties which keeps one away from the difficult auctions one is afraid of. After we put an offer and cooling off period was passed, all the necessary experts stepped in like magic: building and pest inspector, financer, conveyancer, rental agency without hassles. Who do you think arranged them for me. Puja !! Well the journey has been seamless, hassle free and enjoyable when I think about it being my first property.
I strongly advise you for an initial conversation with Puja if you have questions, doubts or stress about buying a property. look it's not easy for variety of reasons but a conversation will open up many avenues for you in your property journey, change your perspective and also help you stay stress free about many things unknown. Puja was referred to us by my friend and  my mortgage broker. we had been searching for investment property since Nov. 2022. The major issue was, we used to get tangled with emotions and unnecessary futuristic plans about each property which I feel was a major hurdle. And that is where exactly Puja helped us with her great  tips and advice on investing and helped us.
